Listening to darkness,

I hear morning light.

Light that comes,

without its warmth.

Blue lips, pulled in breath.

Ears new to own

Dark eyes, 

blue lakes. 

Trailing,

never still,

lips. 

Heaven, 

I was there.


Blackout

Striking the silence His word. The light to the farthest corner of darkness.

Wings fluttering

I plummeted,

Memory returned

A nightmare.
