Whilst they grasp at Summer,

one by one we let the seasons go.

Winter looks to Spring;

darkness changing noon to night,

stretches out to light.

Passiflora edulis

Found rambling onto a trail.

April to May

April wind

pushing clouds

to May,

Summer ahead,

Winter long behind

and far

far away.
Could have

taken blood

but I took the balm

and walked away,

from month

to month

to year

or two

to three.

Now here

I stay,

April wind

pushing clouds

to May.

Morning

Raw morning sunlight

Shredding away at darkness

With each warming kiss.

You

You came
Wearing autumn
And stepped
Straight into spring
With You
Is there ever
Anything
In-between.

Bring

Bring
to me
stillness,
and I’ll see
all that is
not still.
